COVID-19 Coronavirus Office Procedures

Your health and safety is very important to us. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, we have implemented new office procedures to reduce the risk of exposure and spread of infection.

Only patients, caregivers and guardians (for minors and adults) will be permitted in the building. Other family members and guests will be asked to wait outside the building or in their vehicle.

We ask that everyone wear a mask upon entering our offices. If you do not have a mask, one will be given to you.

If you have questions regarding possible COVID-19 (Coronavirus) symptoms, please call 260-458-2570 to speak with a nurse.

To keep up to date with the most current information regarding the Coronavirus, please refer to the Indiana State Department of HealthAllen County Department of Health website, and Centers for Disease Control.

Women’s Health, Family Planning, Free Pregnancy Tests

Services Currently Offered at East Paulding Medical Office Building

  • Medical Services – Sick visits Pediatric & Adult
  • COVID-19 testing if provider deems necessary

COVID-19 Testing Information

Patients must make an appointment with one of our providers to determine if a test is needed. If the provider deems it necessary, patient will need to schedule an appointment to be tested.

You do not need to be a current patient to make an appointment with one of our providers.

We accept Medicaid, medicare, and other insurance plans. If you do not have insurance, we offer a sliding fee discount.

Both offices are open during normal business hours. Please try to arrive early as it may take longer to enter the building due to the new precautionary measures.
